  • Linda Kunhardt

    President & Director

    Chair Linda Kunhardt is a longtime PAT member and joined the board in 2016. Trails provide Linda places to botanize, ride horses, snowshoe and hike. The desire to be outdoors resulted in a first career as a Cape Cod cranberry grower, followed by current work assisting NH farmers through UNH Cooperative Extension. She is a Commissioner of the Southern NH Regional Planning Commission, past member of the Francestown Planning Board and Piscataquog River Local Advisory Committee. She lives with her husband Henry on his family farm in Francestown.

  • Jean Heinemann

    Secretary & Director

    Jean is proud to be a long-time member of the Piscataquog Area Trailways Club. She originally became a member of the club to participate in the horseback trail rides organized by the club, which she continues to enjoy. Jean has expanded her club activities to include trail clearing, nature hikes, and social gatherings and through she has developed strong and lasting friendships and a sense of community and purpose nurturing nature. Jean hopes you’ll join us for PAT’s fun and adventure!

    Deanna grew up on Mt. Uncanoonuc and developed a love for the trails from a young age. She continues to be an avid outdoor enthusiast and is passionate about preserving the trails for the community to enjoy. Deanna resides in Lyndeborough on a small horse farm with her husband.

  • Martha Petersen

    Director

    Martha joined the PAT many years ago for their great trail rides. She is a retired nurse and former member of Equine Humane Society. Martha became a board member because of her love for trail riding and using the beautiful trails that surround this area! She also loves clearing and making new trails around her own town of Weare NH. Martha most values the friendships that she has established as a result. Becoming a PAT member not only gives Martha the opportunity to help maintain and use the trails it also allows us to have great social gatherings and a sense of community.

  • Michele Cutler

    Director

    As a Director, Michele brings a wealth of expertise and a profound passion for nature and conservation. With a degree in Natural Resources and Conservation Biology, she has pursued a deep understanding of and reverence for the delicate ecosystems that we share. Michele's affinity for nature and horses has deeply influenced her commitment to Piscataquag Area Trailways, where she sees the convergence of her two great passions. Through the organization, she aspires to not only protect and maintain local trails but also to cultivate a profound appreciation for the natural world in others. She firmly believes that nature has the power to nurture us. By fostering a love for the outdoors, she seeks to enrich lives and cultivate a sense of stewardship for the environment.
